To apply online please click here and complete the form with as much detail as possible. We will then send you an application form by email, you can then email us back when you have filled in it which includes the parent consent. We will also need a copy of your child’s passport. (This is included in our paper application form). Once we have received your application form, we will confirm that we have reserved a place for your child by sending a confirmation letter. This letter will confirm the course and dates you have chosen as well as payment details and a unique reference number. Please use the reference number provided when making any payments so that we can allocate the payments successfully.
We accept bank transfers; the details are on the bottom of the acceptance letter we will email to you.
Please make sure to quote the reference number on the letter to help us track the payment for the course.
Yes we can. Each year students travel from all over the world to come to Kea Academy, including outside the EU. Once we have received your fees, we will send you the required documents for applying for the visa along with a step-by-step guide of how to apply.
Our summer camp is designed for young adults aged 13-17 years.

Yes, all meals are provided. We cater to all allergies and religious dietary requirements, such as Halal and Kosher. Parents should mention these requirements on the Booking Form before camp attendance.
Our summer camps typically last 2-4 weeks. Most of our students opt for the 4-week duration.
Children will receive a packing list which includes items like clothing, towels, swimsuits, toiletries, sunscreen, sunglasses, an umbrella, and a few additional items.
Our camp is equipped with CCTV security. We have trained staff, robust child protection policies, first aid-certified professionals, and stringent security measures to ensure the safety of all campers.
Yes, parents can contact their children directly during phone allowance time, or they can contact the summer camp to be connected with their child immediately.
We maintain a teacher-student ratio of 1:6 to ensure personalized attention and care.
Our camp staff are trained to handle emotional issues, and we collaborate with parents as needed to create the most supportive environment for each camper.
– After paying the full course price, the only additional costs are for excursions. We recommend children have £20 per trip for snacks or souvenirs.

Fill in the booking form and provide passport details. After full payment, we’ll issue a visa support letter. In case of visa rejection, a full refund is possible with proof of rejection given 8 weeks before the course start date.
